7.15. Claims and Disputes
- No claims or disputes will be considered more than 4 weeks after the date that the original bet was settled. All long term bets can be checked by viewing the Bet History page online to verify they are accurate.
- In the first instance all claims/disputes should be raised with our Customer Support.
- Subject to clauses (1) and (2) above all disputes must be taken to our regulators, the Curacao Gambling Control Commission. Their website can be accessed using the link at the bottom of the website.
