13.1. General Rules

13.1.1. Virtual Sports involve virtual competitions, where the customer places bets on the outcomes of virtual sports events, which are based on computer simulations of real sports events. Virtual Sports include a range of sports, such as football, basketball, tennis, horse racing, dog racing and many more.

13.1.2. The Virtual Sports games are divided into two categories: scheduled games and ‘on-demand’ games (or instant games). Most of the games are held according to a schedule and within minutes of each other. However, customers can order an ‘on-demand’ game (or instant game), which can be started immediately after the bet has been placed.

13.1.3. The outcomes of Virtual Sports events are determined by a random number generator.

13.1.4. To place a bet on a Virtual Sports event, you need to select one of the outcomes available, choose your stake and confirm the placing of your bet.

13.1.5. Bets can be placed before all Virtual Sports events and updated betting will be available during many events.

13.1.6. Bets are settled after the end of the Virtual Sports event, based on the outcomes and the bet settlement rules in place, as determined by the game provider.

13.1.7. Only single bets, accumulator bets and multiples are available for Virtual Sports. More information about the available bet types can be found within the games themselves.

13.1.8. Bet stake limits are determined individually for each game by the Virtual Sports game provider.

13.1.9. You can view your previous bets at any time in your bet history, under the My Account section.
