Full Promotion Terms and Conditions

1. In this promotion “Ticket” and “Participation Ticket” terminologies mean the short name of the bonus ‘Participation Ticket’ from the bonus catalogue of the Loyalty Program.
2. This promotion is only available to existing customers who have selected and received the ‘Participation Ticket’ for 1 (one) point from the bonus catalogue of the Loyalty Program.
3. This promotion will run from 00:00 GMT on 20/01/2021 until 23:59 GMT on 19/04/2021.
4. To participate in this promotion, you need to:

• Accumulate loyalty points in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of the Loyalty Program.
• Exchange loyalty points for ‘Participation Tickets’ (hereafter, ‘Ticket’ = ‘Participation Ticket’) from the bonus catalogue of the Loyalty Program (1 point = 1 Ticket) and become a Participant of the big prize draw.
• At the moment of receipt, every Ticket receives a unique identifier which will be used when determining the winners.

5. The identifiers of all of the Participant’s Tickets will be displayed on their account in the Loyalty Program history section on the desktop version of the website with the date and time of receipt of the Ticket — in a table containing all received bonuses in the ‘ID’ column next to the name of the ‘Participation Ticket’ bonus.
6. The total number of all the Tickets received by the Participants will be updated on the promotion page at least once a day on working days.
7. Each Participant can collect an unlimited number of Tickets, and at any one time can collect several Participation Tickets.
8. The more Tickets you collect, the greater your chances of winning one or more prizes.
9. Each Participation Ticket will be entered into the Smaller Prize draw for that monthly period, and any subsequent monthly Smaller Prize draws during the promotion, as well as the Big Prize draw.
10. You will lose one loyalty point for each Ticket received.
11. To receive the Ticket, any loyalty points accumulated prior to or during the promotional period will count towards this promotion.
12. The enrolling in the loyalty program happens automatically after settlement of the first qualifying bet or after your first visit to the bonus catalogue of Loyalty Program.
13. By receiving the Ticket and, thus, participating in the promotion, you agree that the first letters of your surname and name, as well as the first and the last two digits of your login will be used for the purposes defined in point 4 of section ‘Dates and Procedure for Conducting Monthly Smaller Prize draws’ and point 5 of section ‘Dates and Procedure for Conducting the Big Prize draw’ without any additional reward by Marathonbet and any third parties related to the organisation and conducting of the promotion.
14. For the purposes of this promotion, any monetary value reads as ‘or currency equivalent’ in all places.

16. The organiser can change the Terms and Conditions and either reduce or extend the dates of the promotion without notice. In such cases, an updated version of the Terms and Conditions of the promotion will be published here.
17. This offer can be used in conjunction with any other Marathonbet offer or promotion.

Prize Pool

1. The prize fund is formed using the funds of the Organiser.
2. The total prize pool is formed of 316 prizes that collectively total €290,000 and is distributed as follows:
2.1. The prize pool consisting of one Big Prize worth €200,000 as withdrawable funds (one-time reward upon completion of the promotion).
2.2. The prize pool consisting of 315 Smaller Prizes that collectively total €90,000 as withdrawable funds, which includes 3 monthly prize draws — 105 prizes in each that collectively total €30,000:

• One prize (monthly) — as withdrawable funds to the amount of €10,000;
• One prize (monthly) — as withdrawable funds to the amount of €5,000;
• One prize (monthly) — as withdrawable funds to the amount of €3,000;
• Two prizes (monthly) — each as withdrawable funds to the amount of €1,000;
• 100 prizes (monthly) — each as withdrawable funds to the amount of €100.

3. The cash prize will be credited to main balance of the Participant’s gaming account and will be immediately available for further gameplay or withdrawal.
4. All prizes are non-transferable under any circumstances.
5. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that the Organiser may process the winner's personal data and verify their identity. Entrants who provide false data will be disqualified.
6. If, during the process of data collection, the winner is found to have violated any of the Terms and Conditions of the prize draw, this winner will be disqualified, and a new winner will be selected.

Dates and Procedure for Conducting Monthly Smaller Prize draws

1. Monthly prize draws will be conducted among all unique identifiers of the Participants’ Tickets that were received during the following periods:
1.1. Promotional period 1: from 00:00 GMT on 20/01/2021 until 23:59 GMT on 19/02/2021.
1.2. Promotional period 2: from 00:00 GMT on 20/01/2021 until 23:59 GMT on 19/03/2021.
1.3. Promotional period 3: from 00:00 GMT on 20/01/2021 until 23:59 GMT on 19/04/2021.
2. Dates of conducting monthly Smaller Prize draws, selection of winners and crediting of prizes:

• Promotional period 1: the Organiser will perform the first Smaller Prize draw between 00:00 GMT on 25/02/2021 and 23:59 GMT on 01/03/2021 in a live broadcast from the studio on the Marathonbet YouTube channel, which will be available here. The list of winning Tickets and prize draw winners will be published by the Organiser here, and the prizes will be credited during three working days after the live broadcast, but before 23:59 GMT on 04/03/2021.
• Promotional period 2: the Organiser will perform the second Smaller Prize draw between 00:00 GMT on 25/03/2021 and 23:59 GMT on 29/03/2021 in a live broadcast from the studio on the Marathonbet YouTube channel, which will be available here. The list of winning Tickets and prize draw winners will be published by the Organiser here, and the prizes will be credited during three working days after the live broadcast, but before 23:59 GMT on 01/04/2021.
• Promotional period 3: the Organiser will perform the third Smaller Prize draw between 00:00 GMT on 23/04/2021 and 23:59 GMT on 27/04/2021 in a live broadcast from the studio on the Marathonbet YouTube channel, which will be available here. The list of winning Tickets and prize draw winners will be published by the Organiser here, and the prizes will be credited during three working days after the live broadcast, but before 23:59 GMT on 30/04/2021.

3. The exact date and time of each live broadcast for each Smaller Prize draw will be published during two working days after each promotional period ends here.
4. The winners will be published specifying the first digit, and the last two digits, of the Participant’s login, as well as the first letters of their first name and surname as specified in the Participant’s account at marathonbet.com. You can find your digital login in your account on www.marathonbet.com.
5. The winners of each monthly Smaller Prize draw will be determined by a random number generator random.org from amongst all the eligible participants, using all the Ticket numbers that means random one-time determination of the required number of values corresponding to the Participants' Ticket identifiers from a specified range of numbers from 1 to N, where N is the number of the last Ticket received during the promotion period. In case the website ‘random.org’ is unavailable or otherwise unusable at the time the winner is to be determined, Marathonbet reserves the right to choose an alternative random number generator.
6. The winning Tickets in any monthly Smaller Prize draw will still count towards the other prize draws, including the Big Prize draw.
7. Each Participant can receive more than one prize in each monthly Smaller Prize draw and also win the Big Prize.

Dates and Procedure for Conducting the Big Prize draw

1. The Big Prize worth €200,000 as withdrawable funds will be drawn amongst all Participants’ unique Tickets that were received during the promotional period between 00:00 GMT on 20/01/2021 and 23:59 GMT on 19/04/2021.
2. All Tickets, including the winning Tickets for which the Participants have received the prizes in any of the monthly prize draws, will also count towards the Big Prize draw.
3. The Organiser will perform the Big Prize draw between 00:00 GMT on 22/04/2021 and 23:59 GMT on 26/04/2021 in a live broadcast from the studio on the Marathonbet YouTube channel, which will be available here.
4. The exact date and time of the Big Prize draw live broadcast will be published before 23:59 GMT on 21/04/2021 here.
5. The Organiser will publish the winning Ticket and the winner here, specifying the first digit, and the last two digits, of the Participant’s login, as well as the first letters of their first name and surname as specified in the Participant’s account at marathonbet.com. You can find your digital login in your account in www.marathobet.com.
6. The winner of the Big Prize draw will be determined by a random number generator https://lizaonair.com/random/ from amongst the eligible participants, using all the eligible Ticket numbers. This means the random one-time determination of the one required numeric value corresponding to the Participants' Ticket identifier from a specified range of numbers, from 1 to N, where N is the number of the last Ticket received during the promotion period. If the website https://lizaonair.com/random/ is unavailable or otherwise unusable at the time the winner is to be determined, Marathonbet reserves the right to choose an alternative random number generator.
7. The Big Prize will be fully credited to the winner’s gaming during five working days after the live broadcast, but before      23:59 GMT on 04/05/2021.
8. Only one Participant can receive the Big Prize.

General Terms and Conditions

1. Entrants must be aged 18 or over. Underage entries will be void.
2. Late, incomplete or otherwise ineligible entries will not qualify for this promotion.
3. For promotions where there is a requirement to place a qualifying bet, one bet can be used as a qualifying bet for one promotion only. If a particular bet placed would meet the qualifying criteria for more than one active promotion, then it will be allocated to a promotion based on the following priority:
(i) the entering of a Promo Code;
(ii) receiving a Bonus from the loyalty program bonus catalogue;
(iii) receipt of offer email;
(iv) nearest closing time of promotion.
4. Entries made by customers who have restrictions limiting their ability to place the required qualifying bet on their Marathonbet account or use the awarded bonus or prize, including but not limited to being self-excluded, cannot take part in this promotion.
5. Entrants are deemed to have accepted these General Terms and Conditions and the Promotion Terms and Conditions, and agree to be bound by them, by participating in this promotion. The Marathonbet Terms and Conditions also apply and can be found here.
6. This promotion is not open to employees or immediate family members of employees of Marathonbet, companies in the Marathonbet group or any company involved or associated with the promotion, including but not limited to, any printers and agents.
7. Prizes or Bonuses are not transferable under any circumstances.
8. It is each entrant’s responsibility to ensure that all contact information is correct and valid during the promotional period. Marathonbet will not be liable for incorrect or incomplete contact information.
9. Prizes or Bonuses shall only be awarded in accordance with applicable laws, upon compliance with these General Terms and Conditions and the Promotion Terms and Conditions. If Marathonbet reasonably considers that any entrant has acted illegally, fraudulently, or not in compliance with these General Terms and Conditions, the Promotion Terms and Conditions and/or the Marathonbet Terms and Conditions in entering this promotion and/or the entrant engages in any prohibited activities, as set out in section 1.7.2 of the Marathonbet Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to refuse to award that entrant or to void the Prizes or Bonuses.
10. Except in the case of death or personal injury arising from its negligence or in the case of any other liability that may not, by law, be limited or excluded, Marathonbet and any of its associated companies and agents shall not be held liable for any postponement, cancellation, delay or changes to the awarding of Prizes or Bonuses beyond Marathonbet reasonable control.
11. By entering this promotion, you agree that Marathonbet and any associated companies may use information collected in this marketing or customer relationship management campaign, strictly for purposes necessary for the management of this campaign.
12. Certain events may occur due to regulatory and/or legal requirements, technical difficulties and/or any other reasons beyond the control of Marathonbet that result in Marathonbet extending, refusing, reclaiming, cancelling, terminating, varying or suspending these General Terms and Conditions and/or the Promotion Terms and Conditions and/or the awarding of Prizes or Bonuses at any point prior to the end of the promotion.
13. Entries that do not comply in full with these General Terms and Conditions and the Promotion Terms and Conditions will be disqualified.
