Instructions for entry

• Download and install the Marathonbet mobile app.
• Make a first deposit of at least €10 using promo code BONUS120 before 20:59 GMT on 31/12/2024.
• Use the mobile app to place one or more Live bets for an amount totalling at least the amount of your deposit, at minimum odds of 1.50, on any sporting event.

• You must not withdraw any funds during the promotional period.

• You will then receive a Free Bet equivalent to 100% of your qualifying deposit. This may be done three times within 30 days, after the conditions for previous stage have been met, starting from the moment of your first deposit.
• The maximum Free Bet amount is €40. The maximum total amount for all Free Bets in this promotion is €120.
• We may ask you to verify your account at any time during the promotional period.
• For the purposes of this promotion, any monetary value reads as ‘or currency equivalent’ in all places.

Promotion Terms and Conditions for the ‘Welcome Bonus for using the Mobile App’ promotion

1. Promotion dates: from 21:00 GMT on 04/09/2022 until 20:59 GMT on 31/12/2024.
2. This promotion is available to all customers who have received an invitation from Marathonbet and are yet to make their first deposit.
3. To participate in the promotion, you need to meet the following qualifying criteria:
   • Register with the marathonbet.com website.
   • Download and install the Marathonbet mobile app.
   • Make a first deposit of at least €10 via the Marathonbet mobile app using promo code BONUS120 before 20:59 GMT on 31/12/2024.
   • Use the mobile app to place one or more Live bets for an amount totalling at least the amount of your deposit, at minimum odds of 1.50, on any sporting event.
   • Make a second deposit of at least €10 via the Marathonbet mobile app, without entering the promo code this time, within 30 days of making the first deposit.
   • Use the mobile app to place one or more Live bets for an amount totalling at least the amount of your deposit, at minimum odds of 1.50, on any sporting event.
   • Make a third deposit of at least €10 via the Marathonbet mobile app, without entering the promo code this time, within 30 days of making the first deposit.
   • Use the mobile app to place one or more Live bets for an amount totalling at least the amount of your deposit, at minimum odds of 1.50, on any sporting event.
4. You will receive a Free Bet equivalent to 100% of each qualifying deposit (up to €40 each). This may be done three times within 30 days, starting from the moment of your first deposit. For example:
   • If you make a deposit of €10 via the mobile app using the promo code BONUS120 and place Live bets for a total amount of €10 using the mobile app within the next 30 days, you will receive a €10 Free Bet (i.e., 100% of the €10 qualifying deposit).
   • If you make a deposit of at least €40 via the mobile app using the promo code BONUS120 and place Live bets for a total amount of at least €40 using the mobile app within the next 30 days, you will receive a €40 Free Bet (i.e., 100% of the first €40 of the qualifying deposit). If, after having received the first Bonus, you make a deposit of at least €20 via the mobile app without entering the promo code (provided that 30 days have not passed since the first deposit), and place Live bets for a total amount of €20 using the mobile app, you will receive a second Bonus equal to the amount of the second €20 qualifying deposit.
5. Wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of making the first deposit.
6. You must not withdraw any funds during the promotional period. If you make a withdrawal, you won’t be able to participate in the promotion any further, and all the Free Bets due to be credited will be void. If you successfully meet the wagering requirements and withdraw any funds before receiving a Free Bet, the Free Bet won’t be credited and you won’t be able to participate in the promotion any further.
7. To receive a Free Bet (up to three Free Bets), you must make a deposit using the mobile app (after the conditions for previous stage have been met) and place one or more Live bets, with combined stakes of at least the amount of your deposit, using the mobile app.
8. Only the first deposit made after the conditions for previous stage have been met will qualify for the purposes of this promotion.
9. Live bets must be settled within 30 days of the first deposit to qualify for this promotion.
10. A Live bet is a bet placed on any event that is taking place in real time at the moment your bet is accepted, regardless of what section of the site you find that event.
11. The maximum Free Bet amount is €40. The maximum total amount for all Free Bets in this promotion is €120.
12. For each qualifying deposit, the Free Bet will be credited within two working days after the promotion Terms and Conditions have been met.
13. Pre-match bets and bets placed using Free Bets or the Bonus Balance, as well as Cashed Out bets and bets that use the ‘Edit bet’ feature, will not qualify for this promotion.
14. Voided bets will not be counted as qualifying bets for the purposes of this promotion.
15. We may ask you to verify your account at any time during the promotional period. In such cases, the Free Bet won’t be credited until you have successfully verified your account and the deadline for crediting the Free Bet may be extended.
16. This promotional offer is only valid once per person.
17. You can only use the Free Bet in the mobile app.
18. This Free Bet can be used on bets with odds of 3.50 or less.
19. You can receive a maximum of three Free Bets in this promotion.
20. Winnings from bets placed using your Free Bet will be paid as withdrawable funds; however, your Free Bet stake will not be paid with any winnings.
21. The Free Bet will expire seven days after being credited to the account.
22. Marathonbet may check information regarding transactions and website visits for any reason. Any violations or attempted violations of the Terms and Conditions that are accepted by the customer when registering their account with marathonbet.com; violations of gaming integrity, including the use of strategies that Marathonbet, at its sole discretion, considers dishonest; as well as any attempt to abuse the promotion, may lead to the participant being banned from the Loyalty Program and make them ineligible to receive the Bonus.

General Terms and Conditions

1. Entrants must be aged 18 years or over. Underage entrants' entries will be void.
2. Late, incomplete or other ineligible entries will not qualify for this promotion.
3. Unless otherwise stated, this offer cannot be used in conjunction with, or contribute to, any other Marathonbet offer or promotion.
4. For promotions where there is a requirement to place a qualifying bet, one bet can be used as a qualifying bet for one promotion only. If a particular bet placed would meet the qualifying criteria for more than one active promotion, then it will be allocated to a promotion based on the following priority:
   1. Entering of a promo code;
   2. Receiving a bonus from the Loyalty Program bonus catalogue;
   3. Receipt of offer email;
   4. Nearest closing time of promotion.
5. Entries made by customers that are self-excluded or otherwise have restrictions limiting their ability to place the required qualifying bet on their Account, or to use an awarded bonus or prize, cannot take part in this promotion.

7. This promotion is not open to employees or immediate family members of employees of Marathonbet, its group companies or any company involved or associated with the promotion, including but not limited to, any printers and agents.
8. Free Bets are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
9. It is each entrant’s responsibility to ensure that all contact information is correct and valid during the promotional period. Marathonbet will not be liable for incorrect or incomplete contact information.
10. Free Bets shall be awarded only upon compliance with these General Terms and Conditions and the Promotion Terms and Conditions of this promotion and in accordance with applicable law. If Marathonbet reasonably considers that any entrant has acted illegally, fraudulently, or not in compliance with these General Terms and Conditions, the Promotion Terms and Conditions and/or the Marathonbet Terms and Conditions in entering this promotion and/or the entrant engages in any prohibited activities, as set out in section 1.7.2 of the Marathonbet Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to refuse to award that entrant or to void the Free Bets and exclude from this promotion.
11. Except in case of death or personal injury arising from its negligence or in respect of fraud to the extent permitted by law or any other liability that may not, by law, be limited or excluded, Marathonbet and any of its associated companies and agents shall not be liable for any postponement, cancellation, delay or changes to the awarding of Free Bets beyond Marathonbet’s reasonable control.
12. By entering this promotion, you agree that Marathonbet and any associated companies may use information collected in this marketing or customer relationship management campaign strictly for purposes necessary for the management of this campaign.
13. Certain events may occur due to regulatory and/or legal requirements, technical difficulties and/or any other reasons beyond the control of Marathonbet that result in Marathonbet extending, refusing, reclaiming, cancelling, terminating, varying or suspending these General Terms and Conditions and/or the Promotion Terms and Conditions and/or the awarding of Free Bets at any point prior to the end of the promotion.
14. Entries that do not comply in full with these General Terms and Conditions and the Promotional Terms and Conditions will be disqualified.
