Instructions for Entry

• Make a first deposit of at least €5 using promo code FASTFB by 19:59 GMT on 30/04/2023.
• Place accumulator(s) with at least three selections, at minimum combined odds of 1.50 or more.
• Receive your weekly Cashback, which will be paid as a Free Bet equal to 10% of your qualifying bet stakes, each week for six weeks, starting from the time of the first deposit. The maximum amount for the weekly Cashback is €20.
• You may be requested to verify your account at any point during this promotion.
• For the purposes of this promotion, any monetary value reads as ‘or currency equivalent’ in all places.

‘Accumulator Cashback’ Promotion Terms and Conditions

1. Promotion dates: from 21:01 GMT on 19/01/2022 until 19:59 GMT on 30/04/2023.
2. To participate in the promotion, you need to perform the following qualifying activities:
   • Make a first deposit at least €5 using promo code FASTFB between 21:01 GMT on 19/01/2022 and 19:59 GMT on 30/04/2023.
   • Place accumulator(s) with at least three selections at minimum combined odds of 1.50. The accumulator(s) must be settled within six weeks of the deposit being made with the promo code FASTFB
3. You will then receive a Free Bet equivalent to 10% of the total settled qualifying accumulator stakes, each week for six weeks, starting from the time of the first deposit (the maximum amount for the weekly Cashback is €20). For example:
   • If you make a deposit of at least €5 using the promo code FASTFB and place qualifying accumulators of €100 within seven days, you will receive a €10 Free Bet (i.e. 10% of the €100 stakes of the settled qualifying accumulators).
   • If you make a deposit of at least €5 using the promo code FASTFB and place qualifying accumulators of €200 or more within seven days, you will receive a €20 Free Bet.
4. The date the first deposit was made using promo code FASTFB is considered the first day of the first qualifying week, irrespective of when the qualifying bet was placed. The qualifying week lasts seven days, starting from the time of the first deposit. For example, if you make your first deposit at 19:00 GMT on 20/01/2022, the qualifying week will end at 18:59 GMT on 27/01/2022.
5. You may be requested to verify your account at any point during this promotion. If verification is requested, no Cashback will be awarded until your account has been successfully verified.
6. Only qualifying accumulators with at least three selections, at minimum combined odds of 1.50 or more, will qualify for Cashback; other bet types will not qualify for Cashback.
7. The maximum amount for the weekly Cashback is €20.
8. The maximum total Cashback amount for the promotion is €120.
9. The minimum stake amount required for the qualifying bets is €5 per week. If this minimum is not met, the Cashback will not be credited.
10. Each Free Bet will be credited to your gaming account within three working days of the end of each seventh day following the first deposit, provided that all promotion requirements have been met.
11. Multiples and bets placed using Free Bets or the Bonus Balance, as well as Cashed Out or Edited bets, will not qualify for this promotion.
12. Voided bets will not be counted as qualifying bets for the purposes of this promotion.
13. Marathonbet has the right to modify, cancel, resume or refuse to carry out the promotion at any time without prior notice.
14. Each customer can participate in the promotion once, after having registered a personal account, provided that Paragraph 2 of the Terms and Conditions have been met.
15. Marathonbet can check information regarding transactions and website visits for any reason. Any violations or attempted violations of the Terms and Conditions that are accepted by the customer when registering their account with Marathonbet; violations of gaming integrity, including the use of strategies that Marathonbet, at its sole discretion, considers dishonest; as well as any attempt to abuse the promotion, may lead to the participant being banned from the Loyalty Program and make them ineligible to receive the Bonus.
16. Winnings on bets placed using your Free Bet will be paid as withdrawable funds. The Free Bet stake will not be returned with any winnings.
17. The Free Bet will expire seven days after being credited to the account.
18. Entrants are deemed to have read and accepted the Promotion Terms and Conditions, by using the promo code.

General Terms and Conditions

1. Entrants must be aged 18 years or over. Underage entrants' entries will be void.
2. Late, incomplete or other ineligible entries will not qualify for this promotion.
3. Unless otherwise stated, this offer cannot be used in conjunction with, or contribute to, any other Marathonbet offer or promotion.
4. For promotions where there is a requirement to place a qualifying bet, one bet can be used as a qualifying bet for one promotion only. If a particular bet placed would meet the qualifying criteria for more than one active promotion, then it will be allocated to a promotion based on the following priority:
   1. Entering of a Promo Code;
   2. Receiving a bonus from the Loyalty Program bonus catalogue;
   3. Receipt of offer email;
   4. Nearest closing time of promotion.
5. Entries made by customers that are self-excluded or otherwise have restrictions limiting their ability to place the required qualifying bet on their Account, or to use an awarded bonus or prize, cannot take part in this promotion.

If Marathonbet reasonably considers that any entrant has acted illegally, fraudulently, or not in compliance with these General Terms and Conditions, the Promotion Terms and Conditions and/or the Marathonbet Terms and Conditions in entering this promotion and/or the entrant engages in any prohibited activities, as set out in section 1.7.2 of the Marathonbet Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to refuse to award that entrant or to void the Free Bets or Bonuses and exclude from this promotion.
11. Except in case of death or personal injury arising from its negligence or in respect of fraud to the extent permitted by law or any other liability that may not, by law, be limited or excluded, Marathonbet and any of its associated companies and agents shall not be liable for any postponement, cancellation, delay or changes to the awarding of Free Bets or Bonuses beyond Marathonbet’s reasonable control.
12. By entering this promotion, you agree that Marathonbet and any associated companies may use information collected in this marketing or customer relationship management campaign strictly for purposes necessary for the management of this campaign.
13. Certain events may occur due to regulatory and/or legal requirements, technical difficulties and/or any other reasons beyond the control of Marathonbet that result in Marathonbet extending, refusing, reclaiming, cancelling, terminating, varying or suspending these General  Terms and Conditions and/or the Promotion Terms and Conditions and/or the awarding of Free Bets or Bonuses at any point prior to the end of the promotion.
14. Entries that do not comply in full with these General Terms and Conditions and the Promotional Terms and Conditions will be disqualified.
