Password and Login

Should any part of your registered personal details (e.g., login) be considered offensive, we reserve the right to close your account immediately.
You can change your password by going to the ‘Security’ → ‘Password’ section.
If you have forgotten your password, you can use the ‘Forgot your password?’ link on the login page to recover access to your account.
You can use your phone number, account number, username or email as your login, depending on your chosen authorisation method. You cannot change your account number after you have registered.
