索赔与争议
- Only the registered player may submit complaints. Selling, donating, renting out, leasing, pawning, or pledging any of your claims under any title is prohibited.

- We aim to resolve complaints as quickly as possible. After receiving your complaint, we will confirm its receipt via email within 72 hours. We aim to assess and respond to complaints within 30 calendar days.
- Any complaint or dispute arising from or relating to these Terms and Conditions, a transaction, or any other matter shall be resolved through our complaints procedure prior to pursuing any other legal or equitable remedy.
